Ed R. Martin, Ph.D. of The PATH Foundation is the author, creator and developer of: Cellular Releasing©, Cellular Re-encodement© and Cell Command Therapy®.

These hypnotic techniques are derived from his early work as a computer engineer and later training and practice in psychology, hypnosis and hypnotherapy.

These are original creative works of Ed R. Martin which are documented and covered by United States copyrights and trademarks.

It is shocking and appalling that there are some who brazenly change a letter or a word in the original material in order to apply for trademarks or copyrights and declare themselves the creator or originator of this identical material by plagiarizing.

As the creator of Cell Command Therapy® and Cellular Releasing©, We are committed to preserving the integrity of my work. As a result of this committment, we have defended against copyright and trademark infringement, and will continue to do so.

We recently spent large sums of money to insure that infringers will in the future bear the burden of proving the origin of their material, and if they are unable to do so, pay all court costs plus damages for any such infringement.

As a consumer, understand that some have taken parts of the training and have gone back to their respective locations and business ventures and created "knockoff" names with watered down versions of Cell Command Therapy® to practice or teach. Please know that the only manner in which to learn the cellular techniques of Cell Command therapy® correctly is through the PATH Foundation.

As the founder of the PATH Foundation and author of both Cell Command Therapy® and Cellular Releasing©, I would appreciate a copy of any such knockoff material being forwarded to us.
