We had quite a surprise on March 1st However.
Because Winter made one last Hurrah.

What happened on the First of March shows how diligent we all need to be in following through with what we say we will do if opportunity knocks. I was told when I drew my first mandala that I needed to learn to make angels in the snow. I am a girl raised in the South and had to ask about that concept. I then said I would make angels in the snow when the opportunity comes.

I forgot! We had glorious snow which stayed for a whole day and we got out in it and really enjoyed that snow. After it melted I remembered about my Angels in the Snow.

A Sad Tale

The following article is a sad tale of smoking with it leading to death. The Winston Man was a young, attractive man chosen for the Winston commercials. He was required to smoke for the salary and started very young. Later, he realized the fatal quality of his choice and died a horrible death. He developed throat cancer and told his story to any who would listen. He would tell that he woke up too late to save himself, but wanted others to stop smoking. If you are still smoking, you need to book a private hypnosis session.

Like the Winston Man who evaluated his behavior in life, periodically I process past actions and commitments.

Higher Purpose often Guides Us

There are situations and people in life we often think back upon and wonder why we exerted so much effort over the situation or the person. Most of the students we taught were very committed and easy to teach. One of our former students, who was a licensed healthcare professional wanting to add hypnosis to a private practice was resistant to the point of being high maintenance. Since we had an odd number in that class, guess who worked with this student while that student was deciding whether to stay or leave regarding the classes? The student would never express what most students express: a feeling of well-being over the hypnosis private practice experience during class. This student would argue that hypnosis was not reached even though the biofeedback monitor showed the student did achieve hypnosis inspite of the resistance. This achieving hypnosis took lots of my energy and effort to get her into hypnosis. It was my idea also to use a mind machine with her since she was obviously consciously resistant.

Somehow a majority of the class joined in wanting the student to achieve hypnosis, but no one really wanted to partner- up in class due to the resistance on this student’s part. They did help out by buying the high-end jewelry the student crafted . I would look around class and notice the necklaces I did not buy and I would always have one on myself that I did buy. The jewelry helped fund the mind-machine mentioned now on the testimonials of the grateful clients who now are part of the livelihood made by this now- practicing hypnotherapist in Houston, Texas.

When I read the testimonials on the website of the former student, with some apologizing for not going into hypnosis right away but feeling they did achieve fantastic success, I immediately knew my effort was not for the student. My effort was for those who would encounter that student. The last on this person's website is being put on the update because it is a testimonial from a psychotherapist who went to this student after the student completed graduation. The psychotherapist stated she had tried every traditional talk therapy technique and felt the true success in achieving the release of her problem came from the hypnosis , not all of the other techniques the psychotherapist had encountered during her years of experiencing and practicing talk therapy. This psychotherapist was very grateful to our former student and was gracious enough to show gratitude. The former student of ours was never that gracious to me. As a matter-of-fact, we never heard back from the former student. My seeing the website was quite by accident.

As I read the many great testimonials which were all about hypnosis sessions, not talk therapy sessions, I thought: “Had this student not encountered a group of people who put up with the high maintenance attitude and went above and beyond to teach and support, this testimonial would never have happened in a million years. “ Reason I know this, there are no resounding testimonials over any of the talk therapies offered in this person's private practice. So there is always a Divine Plan taking place. Until I read this testimonial and the others on the site , I would always think of what I had wished I had done when encountering this person in life: Wished I had said: “Lets just call it a day and you go your Merry Way… this class is not for you” instead of my nurturing a major resistor. The student only took seven courses which equal Basic Hypnosis and I often wished I had let those seven months be more pleasant for me rather than a challenging effort on my part.

Secondary Gain is often the reason
for Holding on to Illness or trauma

Dagwood in the funny paper shows why some people hold onto their symptoms in life. If they would take a year and work with the terminally ill, they would realize that the most valuable thing in life is health and would gladly let the secondary gains and the symptom go. Look at Dagwood.

Side Effects from Prescription Drugs are
sometimes the cause of symptoms

Children are always a joy to have as clients, along with their parents who stay in the room for the session. Recent news headlines were quite upsetting, however. Dr. Beatrice Golomb has spent years researching the side-effects of statin drugs (anti-cholesterol drugs). Her research has validated that the side effects of many people are not psychosomatic. They really do have memory loss, loss of leg strength, loss of arm strength, and in some, liver problems after starting the drugs. Well, recently in the Birmingham News an Associated Press article said that some are now touting the idea of starting young children on statin drugs as a precaution. The drug is very expensive and there are natural alternatives which have done much better at controlling cholesterol, with one researcher winning a Nobel Prize for his discovery which is natural and inexpensive. (He got the prize in 1998 for the discovery). Have you heard of him? No, probably not because it is natural and inexpensive. It also has a proven track record of success with no side effects.

That Associated Press article was bad enough. Another Associated Press article came out saying Viagra is being considered for babies born with pulmonary thrombosis. The Nobel Bell Prize winning amino acid would work, but the drug (Viagra) which has a side effect of slowing blood flow to the optic nerve causing eye problems and , in some, immediate blindness is being recommended for these babies. Other side effects are related to liver and impairment of the central nervous system, not to mention the triggering of migraine headaches in some. Facial flushing, which does not leave for days, is almost always a sure sign of Viagra use. In spite of all these side effects, it is being considered for babies.

When I went to read about Viagra and its side effects, it immediately solved a mystery from several years ago. We taught a wonderful student who was later well-known for his hypnosis expertise in a suburb of Houston. He traveled around the world in his job and we often talked of wondering if he was CIA. He was very healthy, vibrant, and contacted us to let us know he had met a young woman who was much younger and he would be marrying. The next thing we heard was from his adult son who let us know his vibrant father had died from what the doctors called: “frying of his central nervous system”. His son stated it was as if all of his central nervous system had taken a huge jolt of electricity and just “fried” itself. I suspected foul play from some energy source since he was opening his car door and happily going for a drive when it happened. When I started reading the side effects of Viagra and the effects some have had to their central nervous system from this drug, it immediately made me think of what happened to our former student. Anyway, it is being considered for treatment of babies now.

Developing Right Brain Consciousness
helps with Discernment and Intuition

When you read and look at the Symbols section, the Family of Origin section, Tree Drawing section and Handwriting Section, please know that working on the right side of the brain helps develop a capacity to “just know”. In other words, it helps in the process of being able to discern your world in a safe manner and to help avoid being manipulated by street-smart people. Unfortunately, there are many who have spent their educational time learning how to “get rich quick”, “steal from others”, “use others” and they often do this in a very polished manner. They are called grifters and cons. Many are quite successful. I personally think we are now in a new energy timespace and The Divine will no longer condone or support these types of people. However, it is wise to develop that “right brain capacity” of discernment in your own life. There are the polished grifters and cons, but there are also the very dangerous, sociopathic, psychopathic grifters and cons. It is much better to recognize their con before you fall into their web. It can take years to get out of the web if you become a victim. Also, some mentioned below will never get out of the web because they fell victim and were killed either by the grifter/con or from the results of their schemes to take from others and have an easy life for themselves with someone else producing the effort.

Tragic Event in Tennessee
(Nigerian Con # 1)

When thinking of examples to express this concept, I thought of the minister’s wife in Tennessee. Her name was Mary Winkler and she shot her husband, Mathew Winkler. When reading about this story, initially the thought ran through my mind: it doesn’t add up. She was described as kind, but fairly naïve but was an educated and successful school teacher. Later it turned out that two things which are traps were happening: one was her falling for the Nigerian Con. This con scheme preys on people who have little right brain capacity. People without right brain capacity believe in the concept: “They said it and it must be true”. Also, this con works around the “get rich quick mentality”. People without a right brain capacity will fall for the "easy" component, the greed component, and the practiced words of the con artist. Think of the wolf in Aesop's Fables as the con and the eaten chicken as the victim.

Mary Winkler had thousands of dollars of her own checks bounce after being conned by this group of people. Learning of the bouncing checks happened the day she shot her husband. The pressure was coming down hard on her when she snapped. However, another dangerous component was happening. The dark shadow side of her minister husband was addicted to computer pornography which had escalated to his forcing kinky sex on his wife. She produced the props immediately showing how he had her dress up like a prostitute and it was decided that she didn’t have time to run out and buy these props to support a story of this type. His computer was confiscated and it showed an addiction to pornography along with a library of pornography books. (He was a minister by profession).

Tragic Death in Florida
(Nigerian Con # 2)

The second scenario also may have culminated in a death. Casey Orlando is now being held as the possible perpetrator in the death of her child. The family history also has the grandfather of the deceased child falling for the Nigerian Con. He lost $35,000 and he was a retired policeman in Orlando, Florida. This shows that having the intelligence to become a policeman does not insure the “right brain capacity” to spot a con or the methods of a grifter. The stress over his situation added to the other stressors in that family and may have been a strong contributing factor in the current trouble the family is experiencing.

Fools Hill Tragedy

The third scenario which comes to mind is of Scott Peterson. His murdered wife and child floated to shore and the resultant trial brought him to death row in California. Apparently, he did not want to be a father or married any longer, and the jury decided he did not believe in the law of “what goes around comes around” or as some call it The Law of Retribution. In looking at motive, it appears he thought he could just re-invent himself without a family in another town.

However, the part which was very interesting was what happened when he got to the first imprisonment. This was when he was first arrested and was waiting for trial. The accounting of what happened was that he was showing pictures of the woman he was cheating with and had great pride over the pictures. She was very thin and the inmates who were more street-smart said to him: “Man that is a Crack Whore”. “We can look at her and tell she uses crack or cocaine.” (That was strictly their opinion, but it was a street opinion) (Use of drugs were never brought out in the trial).

Since she was single, had an illegitimate child, and lived fairly hand- to- mouth, the street-smart inmates informed the not-so-street-smart Scott Peterson that he possibly had just killed his wife and child over infatuation for what the streetsmart inmates called a “Crack Whore”. Whether she was or not was totally the opinion of the street-smarters; the street-smarters let him know that they were not impressed at all, and that in their opinion he had been conned, as they laughed their heads off at him.

Later, this woman was very instrumental in bringing him to justice and got a huge book deal for herself, with another illegitimate child coming into the world to join her other child after the trial. (not from her relationship with Peterson). However, Scott Peterson’s wife was dead, his child never got to live at all, and he will spend his last days on Death Row probably wondering what 18-wheeler ran over his world. Was that illicit relationship worth all this horror? Most would agree it was not. Even the woman he cheated with was not that impressed with him and went on to another almost immediately with a resultant child as proof of moving on.

Pornograpy addiction led to murder

This brought to mind the article in Newsweek several years ago about the doctor who claimed his wife slipped as they were walking a trail and died from the fall. An autopsy showed she was beaten and thrown. The person who insured his conviction was the paid prostitute who testified that he was: addicted to porn and saw her (the prostitute) on a regular basis. He made the comment to this prostitute that he had fantasies of killing his wife. Without a book deal as her motive, she gladly came to testify against this very addicted man who had a fantastic education, started off with porn, moved to more deadly addiction, and literally had no “right brain capacity” to stay out of danger and annihilation. Unfortunately, good people got into the path of these people with no “right brain capacity”. His wife certainly would have been better off never having never encountered him in life.

Addiction leads to Execution in Houston

Recently I looked up the story of Karla Faye Tucker of Houston, Texas. I had a client in Houston years ago who was a family member of one of the murderers in this Pick Ax murder. This family member of the man with Karla Faye Tucker came to me to stop smoking in Houston. My client was young but had already suffered a stroke. Her other behavior did not condone a belief in getting over a stroke or even wanting to live at all. She was very successful in stopping smoking, but did not want to stop drinking. I asked if she wanted to work on releasing self-sabotage and that she had had a hard time releasing guilt in both sessions.

I did not know her history or about her family member involved in this Pick Axe Murder until she had it come to her mind that she felt guilt over the murder and her perceived part in getting her relative apprehended. She thanked me for helping her stop smoking. She continued to drink and felt she would not work on her guilt ever. The last time I saw her at a function she was breathing better, but I wondered how long it would be before her self-sabotaging behavior destroyed her health totally. Her history, by the way, was one of being from an addictive family system. Addiction was a way of life with all the programming of addiction in-grained in almost every aspect of her life.

In reading about Karla Faye Tucker , she said in a national interview with Larry King (which is published on-line) that she got a sexual thrill from the murder and felt no remorse for years. Reason: she was on designer drugs and she was actually proud she had made it to the level of “running with the big boys”. (Her words in quotes) . They left a pick axe in a woman’s chest . This woman had been killed for virtually nothing since no real money was in the apartment. The reason for the murder was that they were casing the apartment to return and steal later. They did not know that two people had returned from drinking in a bar . Both victims were married, but used the apartment for illicit sex that night. They wound up being murdered by a pick axe by murderers on designer drugs.

Karla Faye exhibited a leadership personality almost to the point of being a dominatrix. She admitted bragging over encouraging the gruesome deaths because it gave her a sexual thrill. Later, a young minister who could never consummate the marriage spent years of his life telling the world of her changed way of thinking. Her change came as a person without access to regular drugs, designer drugs, or alcohol. This was, of course, forced lack of access. She had been doing prostitution tricks since she was twelve years old and doing drugs with alcohol before age twelve. She died in her thirties as the first woman executed in Texas since the 1800's.

Addiction and Cellular change (damage) is progressive

When thinking of my client who stopped smoking but continued an addictive lifestyle, I thought: “I wonder how many other people that particular Pick Axe murder, and the heavy use of drugs, caused to be annihilated in the aftermath?"

Addiction is progressive and cellular change and cellular damage takes place from the continued use of the chemicals. Side effects include but are not limited to: loss of conscience or humanity, use of heavy denial even with proof showing they are lying, desire to move into the world of the "Johns"/"Janes" in order to use or steal from them by casing out their world and learning their particular buttons, many health issues, a trail of loss for others and eventually for themselves, frequent imprisonments or one big imprisonment like Karla Faye, and since addiction is progressive, usually an early death after an early aging process.

Loss of intimacy happens early in the addiction with people just being pawns rather than humans in a relationship. My own education in the world of street-smarters was recently added upon by a professional I met at a networking weekend training telling me that the groups who "cook Meth" also practice witchcraft rituals in the cooking. The leader of the meth- cooking rituals is a woman chosen within the group to lead off the rituals which are believed to give them the power of Satan. We all know that methamphetamines are quickly becoming the designer drug of choice out in the world now. It is very addictive and totally destroys the soul and life of the person who becomes addicted to this designer drug. The group cooking is usually supplied by organized crime with the crime lords and the cookers becoming very wealthy off the souls of their victims.

There is a high price for addiction and a very high price for getting involved with someone with addictive programming. People are expendable to the addict, with complete lack of gratitude as the norm. It is like standing at a car gas tank with a gas hose and the gas tank has a hole in it. All the effort goes out onto the ground with an eventual blowing up of everything when someone inadvertently throws down a match. The blowing up process is very often irreversible, deadly, and permanent.

Unfortunately those without right brain capacity can easily fall victim because the professional addicts don't have a conscience, learn quickly how to spot personal buttons, clean up nicely to present the sheep appearance, but are ravenous wolves in sheep disguise. There is a country song that describes the experience precisely: it is called That Long Black Train. The very last line of that song is "The Devil is driving that long back train".

A Metaphor for Cellular Change Addiction

Sex Addiction is part of the Progression in Addiction
(Another Hook to Annihilation)

Pornography, illicit sex, and all that they involve is also progressive and brings out the shadow side. One of my former clients was a girl who came to stop smoking. Her job was to dance at a men’s club in Birmingham. She wanted to start moving to a healthier lifestyle. Her change in thinking happened because a girl who danced at the same place thought she was conning a patron. She was outconned and it resulted in her death. The killer was coming and dropping several hundred dollars a night with this girl for her to do lap dances. When he wanted it to move to a higher level and for them to “date”, she refused and had him thrown out. Later in the week, he came back and killed the girl point- blank in the parking lot.

My client came to stop smoking and was strongly considering other work. Her post-trauma had her at least talk about it . She wanted only at the time to stop smoking, however. She was certainly ambivalent because she kept reiterating about the huge amount of money she could make as a dancer in this place. I attempted to point out the long-range costs and the cost of the girl’s life, but did what she paid me to do after I saw I was hitting a brick wall with my talking to her. I helped her stop smoking successfully.

Her lifestyle was one of wanting excitement, not having to work a "regular" job, and wanting lots of what she called "easy money". The thing that stood out in her talking about this lifestyle was that she really hated the men who came to the club. She labeled them "marks" and "perverts". She was very natural looking when she came for her sessions, but told me with great pride about piling the makeup on and choosing a look that would get the "marks" to pay when doing her craft.

New Trends in Sexual Behavior & Addiction

Time magazine recently had an article about people over 75 now having many sexually transmitted diseases. This trend is on the upswing. It enumerated interviews of people who had returned to having sex and these people were not monogamous. They also were not discerning their world carefully and discovering that they were infected with a contagious sexual disease after returning to being able to function sexually because of Viagra.

Having the right brain capacity would have let the people on Viagra see the possible and probable future of multiple sexual partners with unsafe sexual practices. The parents of the children would seek out the natural substance rather than let their babies be put on a drug with side effects already showing. The people who fell for the Nigerian Con would have recognized it for the con it is.

The men caught up in porn and illicit sex, would have the capacity to save themselves, develop intimacy that is real, and avoid the addiction traps in sleazy encounters and using porn to masterbate. In other words, having the ability to move beyond addiction is a self-loving process which is fueled by the Higher Mind and right brain consciousness. The price paid by being at the mercy of the grifters and cons of the world is too high a price to pay for the lack of right brain capacity.

Right Brain Communication brings Higher Self Guidance

The more you practice with right brain capacity, the communication and guidance from your Higher Self will help with signs to guide you. You will develop the ability to discern people, the ability to set boundaries, and keep yourself on a different living plane from the cons and grifters of the world. In my own case, people with conning motives often blow it before the con can be fully executed. I have had people say: "I didn't come to steal" talking about our copyrighted class material. "I usually get what I want one way or the other" is another thing said.They then will have a shocked look on their face that they let the cat out of the bag. They will wear a T shirt which says something quite revealing or there will be a "sign" of a pattern. I had several clients who made appointments and showed up with their black witchcraft paraphenelia disguised as good quality jewelry . They never wore it back, but slipped up that one day with my noticing but saying nothing.

I just stored the information. I have also found it pays to "remember what people say". Those with negative intentions will forget what they said in the past, but if you remember, you will find a fabricated life and, hopefully, stear clear. I had one client who wanted into our world. Remember Karla Faye Tucker said she and her partner were there to "case out the joint".

This client would fabricate reasons to show up. She worked on SuperLearning to prepare for entering college. She stated that she seriously wanted to pass her GED and for years would come periodically to work on Superlearning and Abundance issues. She would always quote that the sessions worked for a while, but needed to get right back for sessions because she just couldn't pass the GED. It turns out she had a personality disorder which wanted all this attention and to voyeur into our world because we accidently met her spouse at a restaurant.

This woman who professed always needing money was the head of a trust her father had left. Her husband let us know they were eating at this restaurant before returning to court over $400,000 in the trust (a brother wanted some expenses paid ) and was trying to get a small amount for small expenses. The former client was shocked that her secret was out and the I now knew the sessions for prosperity were just entertainment for her. Later, she donated some books to sell for legislative expenses and forgot to take out her college class transcript sent to her from the college where she only lacked 3 hours having a BA degree. She had always told us she was forever trying to get into college with no success. The woman literally had a BA degree. Abundance was also not an issue with her controlling $400,000.

Why would someone do this?

Boredom, liking someone working with them, wanting to look into someone else's world in order to do something sinister? Who knows, but it definitely showed a flawed character which could have been dangerous without the truth outing and the truth did out! Was it an accident that we happened to be at that restaurant at the same time she and her husband came in? I think it was Divine Intervention at work and it was time for the truth to out.

As this communication pattern develops in a right brain capacity, something will show up as a sign (symbol) to answer your questions.

Intuition & Discernment Can Save You

Example: we almost got involved with a group because of a recommendation by someone we trusted. None of the pictures of these people for promotion were the same (of the obvious leader). This triggered something, and a night of searching uncovered a past of theirs which was very questionable. And their behavior turned out to be inconsistent; with a very aggressive demeanor being replaced by ego stroking, followed by aggressive behavior again. Also the rules set up for our communication were seriously broken so that no trail of communication was trackable or consistent (or so they thought). Anyway the end result: we stopped the process. We were saved because we never entered their territory or it would have been a never-ending process for years and years with their having the jurisdiction. Since we never entered their web , we held jurisdiction over the interaction. We followed the trail shown us by our Higher Selves and later breathed a sigh of relief .

Two situations were quite shocking to my husband that I would somehow "just know" the truth almost immediately. In 1995, in the Birmingham News a woman who was the head of a major government agency (appointed by the governor) was blaming the social workers handling the caseloads for major legal problems. She said she had a Masters Degree from UCLA in Social Work. She was going to ask the legislature to jail the social workers with the caseloads if something happened. Traditionally, states never appropriately fund social work caseloads with the social workers working way too many cases. Due to burnout from this stress, training of new social workers happens constantly. This woman was loudly blaming social workers.

I read her language, her statements, and announced: "She is a fraud" "She does not have the training or the degree she claims." My husband tried to tell me that she had to have the degree. He went into the fact that the Govenor of Alabama must have had her credentials checked. I stuck to my belief that she was not a trained social worker. There was no way she would blame social workers if she had literally worked her way up and had been trained for six years in college. She did not speak the social work language, was very naive about the work, and her appearance was very histrionic-looking.

The Hundredth Monkey Syndrome

The Hundredth Monkey syndrome says that if someone has strong emotion about a situation, it can have effects across space and time. Undoubtedly I sent out a mental cry to God and all that is Good for the Truth to Out with my mind only because I did not write a letter or anything. I did have strong emotion about this situation, however. A young reporter started checking this woman's background. She had fabricated credentials all the way back to 1957. The Governor had not checked her out and she had worked in the state system all those years without proper credentials. That particular governor had mentored her career all those years. Instead of sending her to jail and having her pay back all those years of salary, she quietly resigned. The result of all this was that the federal government made the state fund proper caseloads so that the social workers could upgrade the Child Welfare protection of children. That court supervision lasted for years with the state becoming a model of good protection for children.

My husband couldn't believe this "knowing", but I never doubted it for one minute. I knew she was a con.

The second scenario was a similar situation in Texas. A man professed to being a licensed clinical psychologist in Texas. I talked to him for 10 minutes and announced to my husband that there was no way he was a clinical psychologist. This time my husband did not protest but it took several years before the truth that he was not, and had never been licensed or schooled as a clinical psychologist, came out to the public in Texas. This also only happened because one training director of a major certification organization decided to check his credentials. Other organizations had sent out his phony seminar instruction materials through the mail with him touting his fabricated skills, credentials and life.

I think you can see the value of working on your right brain capacity. Hypnosis can assist in developing the right brain capacity by either private hypnosis sessions, self hypnosis training or working with self hypnosis CDs. Remembering & Reliving Trauma
Can Do More Harm than Good  

Abreactive catharsis in therapy (hypnosis or counseling therapy) is the technique proposed by talk therapy techniques and some hypnotists out there for remembering and reliving of traumatic emotions so that they can possibly aid in relieving trauma symptoms.

We want to remind our former students, current students and clients that we do not teach, practice, or recommend abreactive catharsis in our hypnosis training or practice.

Texas Law

In Texas, it is illegal for a hypnotist to practice abreactive catharsis unless they are a licensed healthcare professional. It doesn’t matter if they label themselves as a “coach” or “minister” to cover themselves. The majority of licensed healthcare professionals out there also steer clear of abreaction brought on to force the reliving of feelings because it can have a very detrimental effect. We teach that the hypnotic releasing is done without experiencing the emotion and our method (Cellular Releasing Hypnosis) is very effective and safe.

Recently the former head of a major certification organization sent out a narrative by a person condoning not only abreaction, but encouraging the necessity of reliving the negative experience over and over. I cringed when reading the account of how to do it, and I thought “anyone doing this is setting themselves up for a civil lawsuit at the very least”. Sure enough, a licensed healthcare professional responded and responded in a way that was a very accurate description of the many possible detriments of “going for abreaction.” Even forensic hypnosis does not allow or condone abreaction. Notice in the testimonial of the therapist to our former student, she says one of the values of her experience was that she did not have to relive the experience in order to release the symptoms produced from the experience.

Years of Pain Released in One Hypnosis Session

I will give a very recent (last Friday) example of a releasing done without any abreaction. The releasing brought immediate results. The patient had chronic pain for many years. This pain was severe knee pain. Dr. Martin released the causes of the pain using ideomotor response with the client going to a timeframe only and never accessing negative emotion connected to the reasons for the pain. This was a client who had never experienced hypnosis before, the spouse made the appointment for the client, and the client had no idea that it would work until IT DID! The pain was released in that session of releasing followed by Cell Command Therapy suggestions for assisting the healing and positive suggestion to the subconscious mind.
